1. he's funny. i need to laugh out loud twice a day. minimum.
2. he encourages my art. by nature I am lazy. he is the complete opposite which motivates me when I have no motivation.
3. when I bring words like aesthetic, intention, visual texture, mark rothko, etc into the conversation he knows what I'm talking about.
4. he is a cuddler, a morning snuggler, a three-minute hugger.
5. he does the dishes. and folds the laundry. MAJOR bonus points.
6. how much he cares for his dog.
7. surprise gifts. something artistic that he knows I'll be inspired by or a new drawing pencil. he knows I'm a sucker for art supplies.
8. I dont even have to tell him how bad the day was. he knows. and he knows that a long hug, a beer and listening to me rant about it helps me feel better.
9. he always gives me the last bite.
10. he cleans up the throw up or the poop. no questions asked.
11. how driven he is when he's passionate about something.
