I think I said before that I'd put some pots in at the last minute thinking the soaking would dry them out.
yeah.....not so much
Thankfully, those five bowls were the only ones that didn't make it.
The other 30 or so cups weathered the storm.
YAY!!! crisis averted!
I had trimmed them the last weekend so they were quite dry.
I then spent the late afternoon on the patio applying the first under glaze coating.
It was a beautiful day and I was very content in my work. I truly hope that this could be a life for me. I pray that enough people love my pots enough to buy them and enough people want me to teach them how to make their own pots so that I can make enough of a humble living to pay for the roof over my head and brie on the table.
