Now that it's warm and sunny when I get up, I like to drink my coffee on the porch.  The action at the bird feeder is my entertainment.

It's become one of my favorite PASTIMES.

I have found a few good websites to go to when I need help identifying new bird species.
The past few days I've discovered the nuthatch and the  towhee.

Along with the usual suspects....

mourning dove

There is one more visitor I have yet to identify.  It's a black bird with a brown head.
I haven't been able to get a decent picture of it yet.

This is the best I've gotten so far.

I think it might be a COWBIRD but I'm not sure yet.

More lazy birdwatching to do I guess!
