I wrote this post back on December 27. I included a picture of an as yet unidentified plant that was getting ready to bloom.
Or so I thought.
It is now nearly two months later and it still hasn't bloomed!
I took this yesterday.
In the interim, I think I've figured out what it is. I saw these for sale at the grocery store.
Mystery solved.
I know you were losing sleep over that one.
I'm still surprised the blooms haven't opened yet. I mean, what are they waiting for??
A written invitation?
I've never seen so much preparation from a flower before.
It better be a good show.
